At St John of God Accord, we are committed to providing excellent and compassionate support to all of our clients.
We have a community of vulnerable people at our facilities and accessing our services, and we are committed to ensuring they are safe from harm.
As CEO I appreciate that this is a time of uncertainty and anxiety as our communities react to coronavirus (COVID-19).
The safety of our clients and staff is of the highest priority and we have infection control processes in place which have been activated as per guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Human Services.
At St John of God Accord we continue to communicate regularly with clients, their families and carers throughout this this changing environment. This includes speaking directly with clients, their families and carers, ahead of making changes made to supports and services, so that everyone is informed and prepared for what will happen next.
With the support of St John of God Health Care, our parent organisation, we’re prepared to continue helping people with a disability, and their families and carers, throughout this challenging time and beyond.
