COVID-19 update for SLES program

Following the State Government's announcement that Melbourne is going into a further six weeks of stage 3 restrictions. We wanted to inform you of how this will impact your son/daughter in our service. Our main concern always if for your health and wellbeing, so in-line with the Stage 3 government restrictions we will need to continue the suspension of social activities attached to the SLES program.

The current servicing arrangements for online and phone supports will remain in place. If you have any specific servicing or support requirements please talk to your caregiver so we can look at alternate arrangements if required.

Our Frankston office will remain on skeleton staff and we will only be conducting face-to-face meetings in special circumstances to ensure we are in-line with the Stage 3 restrictions.

Current Work Experience activities will continue where it is safe and where the business is able to accommodate. Any changes will be communicated to you personally via phone and alternate arrangement made.

Please stay safe in these trying times and remember safe hygiene practices:

  • Social distancing
  • Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 secs with soap and water
  • Clean surfaces regularly
  • Cough or sneeze into your arm/elbow
  • Stay home if you are unwell and get tested
  • Download the covidsafe app
